Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how Simple Payments LLC (ООО «Простые платежи», the “Operator”, “we”) processes personal data of visitors and users of https://kazna.online (including localized paths such as /en), and of users of Kazna mini-apps and bots in Telegram and MAX (the “Platform”).
1.1. We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and — where relevant to users interacting via ChatGPT, Codex, or other OpenAI surfaces — in a manner consistent with the disclosures in this Policy.
1.2. Kazna lets authors sell access to private Telegram and MAX channels and chats, sell digital products, courses, consultations, webinars and bundles, distribute free lead magnets, accept donations, run an author storefront, attribute traffic via UTM links, message their audience in Platform bots, and use AI tools. The Operator accepts buyer payments as the author’s agent. This Policy covers personal data processed in those scenarios, including author cabinet access through the Kazna MCP plugin for ChatGPT and Codex.
1.3. Authors and Partners give a separate consent to personal data processing (kazna.online/consent-author); Buyers give a separate consent at checkout (kazna.online/consent-buyer). Buyer terms are published at kazna.online/buyer-terms. The Russian documents prevail.

2.3. User — any visitor of https://kazna.online or user of Kazna messenger mini-apps and bots.
2.4. Author — a User who publishes content and products on the Platform and may receive payouts.
2.5. Buyer (Subscriber) — a User who purchases a subscription or product, including as a guest checkout.
3. Controller / Operator
3.1. Operator: Simple Payments LLC (ООО «Простые платежи»), INN 1660269024, OGRN 1161690087547, 12 Zhukovskogo St., apt. 8, Kazan, 420015, Russia. Contact for privacy requests: support@kazna.online. Website: https://kazna.online/en.
4. Categories of personal data we process
Depending on how you use Kazna, we may process:
- Account and profile data: name, email, phone, locale.
- Author payout details: status (individual entrepreneur or self-employed), taxpayer ID (INN), OGRNIP, bank name, BIC and account numbers; sales, refunds, accruals and payouts. We do not collect passport data or pension insurance numbers.
- Messenger identifiers: user id, display name, username, and profile photo when provided by Telegram or MAX.
- Order and billing data: order codes, amounts, statuses, ledger entries, payout request metadata, and the email used to send the fiscal receipt. We do not store full payment card numbers; cards are handled by YooKassa.
- Channel and storefront data Authors configure in the cabinet (titles, settings, public profile fields).
- Technical data: IP address, cookies, local storage, device/browser signals, UTM attribution, and security logs.
- Support correspondence sent to support@kazna.online or via support bots.
- For the Kazna MCP plugin (ChatGPT / Codex): OAuth subject identifiers and tokens needed to authenticate the Author, plus the read-only cabinet data returned by MCP tools for that Author’s own account (channels, subscribers, storefront profile, orders, billing summaries).
5. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to:
- provide, secure, and improve the Platform and author cabinet;
- authenticate users (including OAuth for MCP / ChatGPT / Codex and cabinet sessions);
- fulfill orders, subscriptions, access delivery, receipts, and Author payouts;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations;
- respond to support requests;
- measure product usage with analytics tools described below.
The Kazna MCP plugin is read-only analytics for an already connected Author account. It does not run checkout, create products, set prices, or initiate payouts inside ChatGPT or Codex.
6. Legal bases
Depending on the context, we rely on contract performance, consent where required, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, and legal obligations.
7. Recipients
We may share personal data only as needed with:
- NCO YooMoney LLC (YooKassa, including “Receipts from YooKassa”) for payments, refunds and fiscal receipts;
- Dadata LLC for verifying Author taxpayer, registry and bank details;
- banks for Author payouts;
- Telegram and MAX for message delivery initiated by the user;
- Yandex Metrica, only after cookie consent;
- video services for consultations and webinars: Yandex Telemost, or Zoom if the Author chose it;
- hosting providers with servers in Russia;
- OpenAI when you connect Kazna through ChatGPT or Codex (authentication and tool calls you initiate);
- Authors, for buyer name, messenger ID, contacts and purchase details needed to grant access and communicate about the purchase (the Author acts as a separate operator);
- public authorities when required by law.
Buyers see the seller’s name, status, taxpayer ID and registration number at checkout. Error monitoring and the text generation service behind Kazna’s AI assistant and bot consultant do not receive personal data.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in Russia. We retain personal data until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than three years after the user’s last action on the Platform, unless a longer period is required by accounting or other law. OAuth access tokens for MCP are short-lived; refresh tokens and cabinet sessions are retained until revoked, expired, or deleted with the account according to Platform settings and law.
9. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and browser storage for session, preferences, and attribution. We use Yandex Metrica for traffic analytics; it loads only after you accept cookies. You can limit cookies in your browser; some features (including sign-in) may stop working.
10. International transfers
We do not transfer personal data abroad, except to Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (USA) when an Author chooses Zoom for a consultation or webinar, after notifying Roskomnadzor as required by Law 152-FZ. Data shared with Telegram, MAX and, when you use the plugin, OpenAI is transferred at your own initiative.
11. Your rights and controls
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing by emailing support@kazna.online. Authors can revoke MCP access tokens in cabinet Settings and disconnect OAuth clients. To withdraw consent, email support@kazna.online with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. Buyers can manage marketing messages via Platform bots or by contacting support.
12. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to the risks, including access controls, transport encryption (HTTPS), and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
13. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current English version is published at https://kazna.online/en/privacy. The Russian version remains available at https://kazna.online/privacy.
