Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Kazna platform at https://kazna.online/en, including related bots, mini-apps, and the Kazna MCP plugin for ChatGPT and Codex. The operator is Simple Payments LLC (ООО «Простые платежи”).
1. The service
Kazna provides tools for authors to manage channels, storefronts, digital products, subscriptions, orders, and billing. Some features are available only after registration and acceptance of the applicable Russian-language offer in the cabinet.
The legally binding Russian public offer remains published at https://kazna.online/offer. This English page summarizes the Terms for international surfaces (including OpenAI Plugin Directory listings). If there is a conflict for users contracting under Russian law, the Russian offer prevails.
2. Accounts and authentication
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Author cabinet access via the MCP plugin uses OAuth (ChatGPT/Codex) or a cabinet-issued token. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Kazna only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, misuse payments, or use the MCP tools to access another author’s data.
4. MCP plugin scope
The Kazna plugin for ChatGPT and Codex exposes read-only tools for the signed-in author’s own channels, subscribers, storefront profile, orders, and billing. It does not create or price products, edit sales settings, run checkout, or initiate payouts. Commerce remains on kazna.online.
5. Fees, holds and payouts
Kazna acts as the author’s agent (Article 1005 of the Russian Civil Code): it accepts buyer payments to its own bank account via YooKassa, keeps a fee of 6% of each successful payment (an individual rate may apply), and records the rest on the author’s balance. Payment processing costs are covered by the fee.
Payment acceptance is enabled only after the author completes payout details (company, individual entrepreneur or self-employed status, taxpayer ID, bank and account numbers). Kazna verifies these details and may request documents or suspend payouts in case of suspected fraud or mismatch.
Funds become available for withdrawal 7 calendar days after payment; 14 days during the first 30 days after the author’s first sale; for consultations and webinars, no earlier than 3 days after the event and no earlier than 7 days after payment. Payouts are made on the author’s request, minimum 5,000 RUB, to the author’s own bank account within 5 business days after approval. Refunds and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance, including future income; a negative balance must be reimbursed by the author.
A monthly agent report (payments, refunds, Kazna fee, payouts, balance) is available in the Billing section of the cabinet and is deemed accepted if no objections are sent within 10 business days.
Kazna issues the fiscal receipt to the buyer’s email through “Receipts from YooKassa”; for consultations and webinars, a prepayment receipt at payment and a closing receipt after the event. Self-employed authors report the full payment amount (before the fee) in the “My Tax” app; Kazna is not their tax agent.
Buyers are governed by separate Buyer Terms at https://kazna.online/buyer-terms.
6. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or the plugin.
